PRESERVATION PLANNING

Preservation Planning includes a variety of services. At the most basic level, CHRS creates cultural resources management plans that enable municipalities to manage their cultural resources. A second level of service involves providing plan guidance through the preparation of design guidelines, or supplying consulting services for local HARBs. We also help clients implement and support preservation plans by preparing such products as walking tour publications and interpretive signage. As an additional service, CHRS conducts historical investigations and evaluations necessitated by preservation plans.
